Let’s discuss some more questions and answers:

Q.How could public transport in your city be improved?

[Note: You can answer this question according to how you think the situation of transport can be improved. You can think about countries or cities where the transport system is more organized and facilitated and then use their example in your suggestions. Let’s read the following example.]

Answer:

Since I live in a developing country, the transit system is not very advanced. There is room for a lot of improvement in the transport system. In my city(mention the name of your city), many people use public transport to get to work or school. Unfortunately, transit buses do not facilitate all routes and in some areas people have to walk long distances to get to a bus stop. For that reason it is necessary that public buses may facilitate more routes and destinations.

Another thing is the ticket prices. I think they are hardly affordable. One ticket can only be used for one way travel. It would be really worth it if it could be used for a round trip or for at least two hour time. Additionally, the frequency of buses should also be increased to get people to their destinations on time.

I know all these improvements will take time and investment.I hope the government is able to make changes to our transport system in the near future.

Q.How do you make sure that you and other road users are safe while driving?

Answer:

I believe road safety and driver’s safety is very important while using the roads. Most of the accidents happen due to the irresponsible behaviour of the drivers. Therefore I make sure that I mind all the traffic rules while driving a bike or a car. If I see pedestrian, I always slow down on the road and let them go first. I also never tailgate or race on the road. Although people my age tend to show off their skill and freedom on the road.

For example they race and speed and thus disrupt the smooth flow of the traffic. But to me it is serious violation of the rights of other road users as well as a hazard to everyone around. That is why I am always cognizant and sensitive of the importance of road safety for myself and for others.
